Clandella Quarter Horses

I just had to add a page for our 'Boys'.

Our dogs are a big part of our family, so thought I'd better introduce them. Especially since any visitors to our stud are always greeted by Koda & Nova!

Nova is a 7yo Husky x cattle dog. We got Nova from the RSPCA in 2002, when he was 5 months old. Apparently his old owners got sick of bailing him out of the pound....Typical Husky, in other words.

In the first month I almost took him back, after he escaped out of our 6ft dog proof fences & found himself in the pound again, twice.

Thankfully, we persisted with him & haven't regretted getting him....well, for the last 5yrs anyway. Once he hit 2yrs old, he settled down. Until then, he got up to plenty of mischeif...

Nova is a VERY smart dog, very hyperactive & friendly. He does very well at dog obedience & loves going on the ute or running around the farm. He's a gentle dog, loves children & all other animals.

He's a sweetheart & we love him to bits.

Koda is a 2yo Pure Bred Great Dane.

DOB:22/4/07

His registered name is "DAHOMEY DON'T LOOK NOW" (very fitting actually). And we have to give a HUGE thanks to Mickey from Dahomey Great Danes for allowing us to buy this beautiful boy.

Koda is the resident guard dog & drool machine. He is a massive big boy, but has a lovely, gentle nature.

You can usually find Koda anywhere, where I am. If I'm inside, then so is he....snoring on his double bed.

He's a beautiful boy & we are so glad we found him.
